Description
Collaboration between *zebravissimo and yours truly, *liewqiI made the terrain and terragen files, while *zebravissimo rendered the image on his computer (and I salute him for his patience with rendering at 3200x2600) and added the space scene.
I was going to add in Aztec temples of sorts at the top of the "steps" in the terraced terrain, but school's started and I don't think I will have the time (so maybe one day, I will revise this if it's okay with *zebravissimo and add temples.)
And give *zebravissimo some

What can I say, I love everything about this, the planets, the sky, the water and the sandy beaches. And I love the stepped hill, I could see Aztec piramids on them!

Beautiful! Great clarity. Communicates tranquility in a breathless sort of way.

Wow, breathtaking indeed! I like the feeling of the whole scenery. The mountains are very well done, the sharp shadows give a really sf-feeling to it, as well as the fading planet. The compo is great.

this is great,
you will have to tell me how you get landscapes like that from terragen, ive just figured out the basics of it as you can probably see from my gallery
i also like the planets, seems like almost everyone just uses the straight tutorial, nice to see something that at least looks for the most part real

I used worldmachine (google it) to generate the terrain. Surface mapping was just a lot of layers and textures.
The planets were made by my collab partner. I'm absolute shit when it comes to space scenes, so I like collabing with people
