They asked how the work around the Harlequine Breed Sheet Vers. 2011 is going. Actually there is nothing going. What you see here has been done in the spring and summer months. But I think it is fair to show you what awaits you and it is good for my consciousness to prove that I haven't been doing nothing 
Design changes will occur of course, but the facts are already like they are supposed to be. Have fun with this little preview.

Is it possible to have a CL harlequine be upped to a BL?

No that is not possible at the moment. There might be a chance in some months, when the new breed sheet is complete. But at the moment there is no such possibility.

Just create one, then you have a CL Harlequine. You are free to design it any way you like. If you want to breed other Harlequines than you need a BL Harlequine, which you can in turn only aquire through breeding or "purchasing" (only through art, never through money or

I was wondering if their is also going to be a part about abnormal things, like lions tail, wings, ... since my Piccadilly is bred to Saltarello and he has a lionstail. and since Piccadilly is carrying the lion-tail gene the foal shall probably have it to

Yes "abnormal" things will be discussed in an own chapter as Harlequines "untrue to type" (Mooner suggested it)
The gene acts usually as a dominant one like Frame Overo or Dominant White. Two copies of the gene (regardless which line) kill the foal. So actually the chance for crossing BL with anything result in a 50% chance of getting a BL foal only. + other fantasy genes interact strangely with the BL gen.

flames as more abstract pictures are just just as accepted as all the other patterns. flames like actual burning flame markings would disqualify for a harlequine
