I grew up in Eugene, Oregon. There are a lot of old paladin-turned-shamans around who hit the winter magic a little too hard during the 60's and are perpetually stuck with there.

I like to hit as many targets as possible in a single pic. That way, even if the pic isn't very good I might just luck out by hitting upon a personal connection. For example, someone might say: "Hey, that looks cold, I can relate to being cold." or even "Hey, I'm a dwarven ex-paladin-turn-shaman who likes casting spells/cooking stew in the dead of winter! That really hits home with me."

Oh yes, I know what you mean about the colors. And I can see how you wouldn't be satisfied with the hands. I think they turned out well enough, but our standards for ourselves are usually very high.

I really love the dynamic feel of the character and contrast between the weather and the magic.

I don't know that I'm reliable enough to be counted on to draw anything. Most of my stuff is done on a whim (when I'm bored). If you don't mind me taking a long time (or possibly never getting around to it) I'd love to hear your ideas. Send me a note with your ideas and if I get inspired I'll post my interpretation(s).
