Someone help me figure out why this doesn't look as cool as the image in my head. I can't do backgrounds. Or lighting. or drawing... Constructive criticism that will help me make this better is very welcomeAnyway

The textures on the trees look pretty good.

Constructive criticism try:
Work on your shading and lighting (Sally looks kind of washed out and 2 dimensional, the BG seems a tad too dark, some more highlights on the trees?) otherwise the proportions and everything and the BG are ok, and the bark on the trees is well done. Put a bit more detail on Sally like deeper chiaroscuro.... otherwise I love the whole mood and composition and concept....

Yeah that's the problem i have been having with it. For some reason i cant make her look like more then a cardboard cutout XD
