Yes, I'm looking at you Tawog fantom :/In all seriousness tho, it's kind of a sad that people basically forgot Penny's shell form but also hilarious that people (almost) only draw her in her fairy design XD I mean, I do preffer the fairy design over the shell one, but it's still..... So I took the chance and made this!....
(The irony is strong with this one XD) Hopefully this makes her day ^w^
