Being brave doesn't mean that you are not afraid of anything, but that you are afraid and still do it!This is a really powerful phrase in my opinion and I am sure there have been some situations in your life which you can be really proud of because you faced your fear!
When I had the first date with my husband back then I thought I would die of fear! I couldn't focus on my previous Japanese lessons at all and was sure I had to vomit any second! Thankfully I did not! xD Of course it turned out to be a lovely evening and it was totally worth it - he also told me that he felt the same way

To be honest, a perfect example of me being brave was when i showed all my teachers that i wasn't weak and that i could do everything.
I managed to study damn hard, so i gave my best to have good grades in tests and exams, and in the end, i never failed one single year.
Sometimes, without even noticing, we find ourselves being this brave that we later wonder how were we able to have such courage to do anything!

In October I went to a concert for the first time of a ‘band’ that I absolutely love. I was exited, but nervous as hell, since, as an introverted hermit who is not a fan of crowds, being crammed in a venue filled with at least hundreds of other people and very loud noise wouldn’t exactly make me comfortable. But I told myself, “Look, you have no idea when you’re going to get this opportunity again. It might not come again for years. You’re going whether you’re scared or not. If it turns out to be a terrible experience, you don’t have to do it again. But you are going to try.”
And so I did go, and despite a bit of fuss and anxiety at the beginning, mostly involving me freaking out over being in the wrong place since I didn’t understand what an opening act was
It was amazing!!! I don’t think I’d ever had more fun in my entire life, and I left with a huge goofy smiles my face, the same one that I had for most of the concert...
I was an incredible experience, (it still feels so surreal...) and you can bet your ass that I’m definitely going to every one of their concerts I can after this!

Well, I don't remember much, but I do have one story that has something to do with my braveness.
Last year, I went on a field trip to an amusement park called Enchanted Kingdom with some kids from Sunday school, their parents, and my church friends who are teachers, volunteers or just wanted to come along too. There are some rides that seemed to be a bit too high for me to try out. Especially this high drop ride that last for just one minute per ride, it looks way too high in person 
Then, I saw this high carousel-like ride called the Flying Fiesta. I don't remember how high it is, but it looks very fun based on the riders' happy expressions. So when I rode on it with some of my friends who were there, it was so great that I don't feel scared at all. I really had a blast during the ride. It even felt like I was flying in a way. Hehehe
I rode it a few times more than some other rides I rode on alone or with some friends, until eventually, we have to leave by 5PM when it started to rain. The Flying Fiesta became my favorite ride since then.

my biggest fear is the dark and being alone. but when those i love are in danger, i put my fear aside and protect those i love. my friends and family are my greatest strength and power to over come fear! but i'm still scared of the dark though.
