Beautiful lineart. I used it: [link] for point adoptables. I hope, that's OK.

Ok, I see what you mean. Anatomy is a have-to when it comes to animals.

I'd say it's a have-to when it comes to anything. The problem with animals, of course, is that if you draw a bunch of different species...it's a lot of anatomy. =/

Yes...I see. It's just so hard because I don't know the anatomy of a cat...Not really. I don't have a cat, so I'm not sure.

Right, but what I mean is that neither do I. I don't own a cat (or lions or wolves). You just learn by doing, by referencing and getting a feel for their form. Copying what I draw is great, but you're just copying my interpretation of a cat or a lion or whatever. You'll incorporate my mistakes into your picture. It's like...a cat, twice removed. Feel free to references what I do, but if you want to get a hang of anatomy, just start pulling up some books and starting from the skeletal structure up.

Ok, that makes sense. It's just so hard to understand the anatomy! I don't get it right all the time...I cannot draw real live things. I can draw what others draw. It's just that. Have you heard of Avatar, the Last Airbender? I can draw any of the characters perfectly (with some time) by looking at it. But I cannot draw any of them without looking at them. I can barely.

I will use this, but I'm going to draw it myself xD So I can say I drew it. I'm the kind of artist that can draw anything by looking at it. I can't come up with something by myself! lol.

Haha! Hey, we've all been there, mate! Although if you want to draw cats, I'd say start with some photos...referencing stylized drawings won't teach you anything about anatomy.
