This is a sprite of Winona and is part of a mini project and i are working on, and it is to resprite the Hoenn Gym Leaders, Pokemon League and Battle Frontier trainers.So here is Winona!

Seems to me her legs a little - bent. It also looks like the lighting isn't consistent. I'd recommend some touch ups - throwing in a skeleton to be sure everything is in place. Also... her arms are too short.
It's a good start, but needs work.

Little of both, according to the length of her torso. Her arms, hanging down, hands open, should reach mid-thigh.
