you've done a really good job with this photomanipulation. the stock photo or rather the model has a nice mimic and fine contrasts between the orange/red hair, the "white" skin and the lovely eyes. maybe the pink, pink/red on the right side is a lil bit to hard. I prefer the eyes. they are awsome, the make up looks real and soft.

The colours and use of brushes etc works realy well!
I guess im 'nit picking' but it might look just a tad more real if you warp the brushes around your models face features a bit..?
