I love the diffusion explosion all over her face. You should have made her eyes as minimalistical as possible, because those sparkles in her eyes don't make her expressive at all, and that way you could add a nice contrast between textures

It's really really hard for me to enjoy photo manipulation.
I'm one of those people that believes photography should be left at that, and not be tampered with.
However, your use of brushes with this piece is eye catching and I didn't feel like it was "over-done" as I always do. Great work, thank you for opening my eyes.
