The story is called "Scars of Chaos."
Basically; the villan of the story, the archdemon Chaos is fed up with wanting to shape the universe the way he wants by using the most expected methods and finally hatches a plan that could be the ruination of everything.
The plan is based off of a legend called the "Dracostar Legend."
If all of the 13 mighty beings (not surprising, being dragons) can be gathered into one being then that new being has the ability to mold the universe in any way he or she desires.
Far away from the Chaotic Realm, Cosmos, the inverse of Chaos in every way sensed this and went to go talk to her brother. She also told four warriors to go find the final 13th hero, who still had yet to fully awaken. Bad things quickly happen after that and the one chosen by Burstrion, the Great Flare Dragon was none other than Jacob Alexander who is tasked with finding the other 12 and putting a stop to Chaos.
