Pencil drawing of a Barred owl (Strix varia, a species native to North America) drawn on a sheet of A3 black paper! This work cost me a lot of time. I started it before my other big drawnig (fav.me/d9gx437 ) and finished it only a while ago. It took a lot of my white, blue and green pencil.. but it was worth it !

The photograph I used as reference didn't contain snow, but I like to make drawings a bit different than the original reference. Never knew drawing snow takes so much time. (reference: ibc.lynxeds.com/files/pictures… ). It was a bit hard to get a good picture of this work as the pencil reflects the light falliing on it. The paper is a bit saturated haha!

As always, tips/advice is welcome! I hope you all enjoy it !
