There seems to exist a type of Torterra for most kinds of environment in the world. This particular variant lives in icy tundras where the cold is ever present. The frozen lake on its back turns to water when it's hot, however the ice-like shell, claws and horns are apparently un-meltable and have an unpaired resistance.

Signature ability: Frozen Armor: Fire, Rock, Steel and Fighting type moves damage is halved. When the user is hit by ice type moves, the defense and special defense increase.
