I'm so happy with this tbh.Anomaly is a SeaWing/NightWing hybrid with her father being a SeaWing and mother being a NightWing. Her hybrid traits can be seen as:
-longer tail and torso
-more stout legs
-hooked and longer claws
-"special" scales
-thin webbing between claws
-scales on side of face
Just wanna mention that I typed the description whilst waiting for

I use the tools from my previous version of SAI, playing around with textures and brushes. When I made this, I used the "brush" tool as it blended and smoothed out some things to add texture. Other than that, I just scribbled with pen and or airbrushes~
