I was recently introduced to Avatar: The Last Airbender by ~Wachan and I must say, I was rather astonished that an American cartoon could have such good writing. There were a few things they could have done better, sure, but it was still better than even most live action shows I've watched.... though both me and ~Wachan agreed that it might have been better if the characters had been slightly older...

So here we have: older Zuko (20-24ish) doing the Dancing Dragon... floating on a mystical, invisible plane in front of a random Fire Nation tapestry... yesh. (And yes, I did take liberties with his hair. I never liked his emo hair >_> )

As far as the pattern of the fire, I was both trying to make it dragonesque, and also attempting to have it trace the moves right before this one.

Avatar: The Last Airbender and Zuko are (c) Nickelodeon (which still blows my mind. How did it end up on that channel?)
