This is probably the third, long series MLP fan comic I ever read so far and I will miss this one dearly when it finally reach its end. You and Lummh are one of the few writers / artists who ever manage to complete a story in such a long term goal that I'm sure most have try to accomplish, but few succeed.
You and Lummh are one of those few. Not much I can say other than thank you so much for giving us a fantastic story to enjoy in this fandom!

Question I still have is. If Twilight has been there for some time, what does that mean for her own universe? Or is she going back to the same exact moment she left?

I would say she'll go back to the exact moment she left. Time travel seems to work like that in MLP.

Ooohhhhh, I'm really liking this, sad that it's about to end though.
However, I am still trying to understand the concept of the Mane-6 trying to help Tempora multiple times.

Basically the Mane 6 were in a sort of time loop. They discovered Tempora was deteriorating at different points in their timeline and came to save her, but those different incarnations of them kept failing. The ones we're seeing in this comic are the ones that finally succeeded.
