There's a lot in this panel. First, those don't look at all like real wings. Much more like a wing-like frame more similar to an American Indian headdress than anything else.
The tan and turquoise color scheme and ornaments also play nicely with the headdress, giving a very well though out Native American visual theme to this mystery unicorn. (Not alicorn.)
This is a VERY good looking character design. The last frame in the panel has her looking at her hoof with an "I regret doing that" look.
This is getting very interesting, more so with each new panel.
