Really I'm starting to get grumpy at Twilight she jumped to a stupid conclusion I'm Certain that if this has anything to do with her pride it's a very small part of it you tell her after her home collapsed and she looks like she's dying that she needs to let go of her pride wouldn't you be angry to!

I suspect that if they were to truly leave Tempora alone, that would resolve the problem. They just haven't the slightest idea how to truly leave her alone. They might well not be capable of it even if they knew exactly what's going on.

The troubles started while they hadn't even met Tempora yet.
So I don't think leaving her alone would do the trick.

Just because they aren't physically in her presence doesn't mean they're leaving her alone. Her reach is vast, and so are the ripples the Mane Six are creating.
Plus, the concept of "before" isn't entirely meaningful here, and if we go by the timelines the Mane Six are experiencing, the only things that were wrong before their first encounter with Tempora were a weird history book, a little unseasonable weather, and a duplicate Discord. That's nothing compared to what they saw after going through the time tornado the first time.

Doesn't that require some serious research and investigation, to state it's better not to act?
Plus, even if the signs you mentionned aren't exactly the worst they experienced,
the Mane 6 were legitimately worried by those.
I mean, weird weather, weird book, and, last but surely not least, a duplicate Discord?
And this Discord hasn't anything to do with his duplication, it's not even his doing.
That spells some serious trouble brewing.
Better check it out. Better safe than sorry, after all.

It's not a question of acting or not acting. It never was. It appears that they are the nexus of all this trouble, and are making it worse just by existing. But it's not Tempora's problem whether they can easily stop being a problem; it's just her problem to encourage them to do so.
Concepts like "before" and "after" are only meaningful if there's a single canonical linear timeline, and here there clearly isn't.

At first, there was no problem, nothing out of the ordinary, Tempora hadn't appeared yet and
wasn't even known in any way by any of the Mane 6.
And then, freaky sandstorms, freak incidents, etc. and Tempora appears.
There has to be some factors that the Mane 6 have had no influence on yet, right?
There clearly isn't a single canonical timeline here? What makes you say that?
I don't see any other timeline than the Mane 6's here.

I'm pretty sure that if you asked duplicate Discord, Starswirl, 'Tia and Luna, and all the villains that were having a huge battle about the sequence of events, you'd get a minimum of four contradictory accounts, and they'd all be telling the truth as they experienced it. And I'm reserving judgement on whether Tempora even experiences subjectively linear time pending further evidence.

Tia, Luna, Starswirl? Well, they live in the Mane 6's world. So how different could their accounts be?

We are assuming, but cannot prove, that the 'Tia and Luna we saw are originally from the same timeline as the Mane Six, and that they recently (from their perspective, of course) were at the time just before the issues with the second Discord started. But even under that assumption, that's no reason to expect timelines to continue lining up. Imagine taking a dozen thick ropes, meticulously unraveling most of each rope into individual threads, and then throwing them all into a box and shaking it as hard as you can. There's not going to end up being much correlation between an arbitrary two threads from the same rope, even if they do both trace back to the same place. And that's really all the consistency between timelines we can expect when the flow of time is constantly demonstrating itself to be a very local phenomenon.

Well, indeed, the Princesses we see in page 65 and onwards can't be proven to be the same the Mane 6 saw before going to find Starswirl the Bearded.
But it doesn't look like it is not the same either.
