My first vector piece. Don't be too harsh that it came from a photo, it was my first piece and I was just experimenting with vectors; I love how it turned out!Created using only the Pen Tool (and Text Tool) in Photoshop. About 250+ individual shapes.

Such a simple object, and such awesome detail
This puts any vectors I have (which aren't many, for the same reason you described elsewhere when speaking of vectors) to shame... for the simple reason that I do much less attention to shade variation

It's just a bunch of random shapes with the pen tool. once you know how to use it, making shapes just comes naturally.
