Cool shot. I like this type of photos where background is lighter than foreground.

I do enjoy. Lots. I love the splash of sunlight in your daughter's hair and across both of their arms. It's so subtle.

the polaroid effect is somewhat dampened by the fact that the image on my screen is considerably larger than a real polaroid! unless they make em bigger down there

true. sometimes we are inundated with so much art here i forget to give a picture the time it deserves.
thank you for giving my photos that time

I like the textural effect of the noise in the polaroid. It works with this image - the beauty and innocence of the kids.

I think I might have given it away!!! (the camera) I didn't really get into photography until about a year ago. I did a little in high school but I was always more of a painter/drawer. I think I was like "blah I don't need this old polaroid camera"......
Now I want it. haha. Maybe it will turn up when I move. Thank goodness for digital ....We can simulate them, at least!

in all honesty - now that this photoshop action has come to light i am happy to not buy a polaroid - the film is pricey and i don't have to carry the damn thing around looking for that perfect polaroid moment.
i think most people bought polaroids for photos they did not want printed down at the local photo lab
