Treating staff like shit for the most part. Did you know nowadays if someone isn't doing well or gets out of line, they force them to go work in a health spa or go to the pachino machine factories? And they are now keeping tabs on their employees e-mails, too. And they treated people who supported those that quit like shit, and when their lead programmer and his guys were about to leave, they treated them like garbage. Not to mention they are in the business of releasing unfinished games and changing people money for them, which they did with their recent metal gear solid. Oh, and they are going into mobile games where they have tons of microtransactions to rip people off more.
