Well, being one sided sometimes is sadly the nature of death battles. Besides, I wasn't sure who to put up against Vile, since most other robots and machine users outside the mega man universe are a lot stronger and smarter then him.

He's comparable to X who is only a little weaker than Lumine who casually destroyed the sun he somehow created in his alternate dimension with paradise lost, an omnidirectional attack that does no damage to X, Zero or Axl but obliterates the sun. X, Sigma, Axl, Zero and Vile are all comparable to Lumine in power output, making them star level.
Plus there are tons of calcs that put them at large star or even solar system level.
