De Blob from the De Blob games, which is from the now defunct (well, still functioning as THQ Nordic) THQ. His power was mainly painting stuff due to his bizarre alien biology and he found an oppressive black and white regime that deprived the world of color in both his games.

And Shonoa from Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia...quite possibly the last good Castlevania game ever made, which we will never see again because everyone knows how Konami is doing these days...hopefully, Bloodstained will be good. Anyway, she uses magical glyphs for weapons and transformations and magic attacks, which might seem like a bad thing since they use MP, until you realize MP recharges quickly for her and her attacks can be lightning fast, though that doesn't mean the game can't kick your ass.
