It could certainly do a lot of damage. It might not be as powerful as Psychic or make people flinch like Extrasensory, but for Ninetales, it's a good move, since they mostly rely on special attacks, so special defense walls are their biggest threat. It also has the Drought ability and Solar Beam, to cover it's weaknesses.

Yup, not to mention Drought raises fire type moves by 50%. Which is why I also give the Charcoal to Ninetales, so it's fire type moves get even more of a boost. That makes Overheat really, really hurt.

Ikr? The only thing I don't like is that it's special attack is average at best. Still, it has Drought as it's hidden ability, which is great for raising it's fire attacks, getting off instant solar beams, and is good for a weather based team.
