I actually love her hair. It's a nice work. The shading is pretty good in this piece. And those bat ears look unique. It's good to see that her muffler matches with her hair. Overall it's a cute piece of work and those eyes are cute too. But it would look even better if you added a suitable background which is dim on the edges or add some shading around her body, it would put focus on the character.
Keep up the good work.
