The power of probability manipulation is greatly underestimated, as one can easily and literally change the odds in one's favor, as exhibited by Domino and the Scarlet Witch. This mutant is an artificially engineered life form who was given superhuman reflexes, as well as the useful abilities of psychometry and probability manipulation. Due to machinations engineered by Mephisto and time travel, the lives of Shatterstar, Dazzler and Longshot were intertwined in a complex family relationship that created Spiral as well.
