It was an army issue (my brother obtained it when he was doing his army service back in Cyprus and I think the Turkish army was getting some supplies from our *Comrades* from up north
And the camera had a high quality lens and was almost completely silent!
I don't have it anymore as it was broken a long time ago but I do have a nice pair of Russian Binoculars that I bought from a photographic store many years ago!
