_Transform | CrossBiFold | _toruspinv1 | Amazing Surf

I saw a beautiful work by Sabine62 and noticed the _toruspinv transform in the mix.Β  So, I tried adding it to some recent works of my own hoping for similarly spectacular results.Β  Of course it doesn't work that way but this render was nice enough to post.

Don't let the info text scare you.Β  Those sliders still slide back and forth the same way as any other formula!Β  Have fun discovering new territory.Β  I've never seen these 3 formulas used together before, so who knows what you will find.Β  Β

This is beautiful, Dave! Great flowingly built shapes and as usual excellent colouring
_toruspinv never was 'on my list' until I saw it in Iago's work. I find it both easy and tricky at the same time, as you can get great results quickly but then comes fine-tuning... :}

Fine tuning _toruspinv - yes! That's the tricky part.Β  And I don't really have a grasp or understanding of how it works & plays with the other formula.Β  This is one of Luca's creations - the info text is a great read.Β  Chock full of warnings and disclaimers!Β 
I'll have to dig into Iago's gallery too.
