Tech is a robot that was built by a young child who wanted a friend. Tech’s power core is made of an ancient technology that was found in the ruins on the Starfall Islands. He is equipped with a translator, a scanner for identifying threats and objects, a hacker program, a copy system, a herb mixing system, and a personality of a young teenager. His personality comes from the power core. His power core allows his AI to allow him to determine right from wrong. His copy system allows him to copy attacks from other Pokémon. He can save weapon data into his memory banks and he can use it to his advantage. The power core gives him endless supply of energy. He is hack-proof and can hack into machines and robots. He feels like a living person. It’s almost like he is a living being.
