Description
This is an updated reference sheet/bio for my OC Peppermint.I gave her more dimension and a bigger background and backstory. I also made the source of all her extrasensory powers hinged on the items she carries being enchanted, not truly her own power.
Alphyn’s aren’t actually all that powerful, and most is speculated since they are an ancient mythical creature. Most story’s about them is Celtic or Nordic, so PepperMint will be tied to Nordic culture like the old gods and valkyries.
Alphyn’s were thought to be swift messengers of the old gods, helping good wayward people and spirits find where they belong, while banishing evil spirits and killing wicked people. Seeing one was either good luck, or a sign your end was near. Most Alphyn’s are powerless, though it was said that some breathed fire or ice. Most stories depict them as cunning, able to disguise themselves as a human child to ease the minds of the dying.
Nine Realms of Norse Mythology:
The three worlds above the earth, in heaven:
1. Múspellsheimr (Muspelheim or Muspell) -Primordial element of Fire
2. Álfheimr (Alfheim) -Elves
3. Ásgarðr (Asgard) -Gods
The three worlds on earth:
4. Vanaheimr (Vanaheim) -Gods
5. Miðgarðr (Midgard) -Humans
6. Jötunheimr (Jotunheim) -Giants
The three worlds below the earth, in underworld:
7. Svartálfaheimr (Svartalfheim) -Dwarves
8. Niflhel (Hel) -Corpses, the other world of the dead
9. Niflheimr (Niflheim) -Primordial element of Ice

And I know what you mean, about half my OC's have been either abandoned or compleatly revamped in order for me too keep them, and even that dosn't work all the time.

Did you ever consider Yu-Gi-Oh characters as Pokemon? It's stupid and dumb, mostly the YGO part, but I love it. Or TWEWY. TWEWY is awesome.

Your talking to a 21 year old who's watched Saturday morning cartoons religiously since the very start of Pokemon, and still does thanks to Dish, because she records them all. Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh, Adventure Time, any superhero show~etc, then watches Adult Swim and Toonami.
Cartoons RULE, end of story.

I've stopped watching the Pokemon anime, because it has just been so dumbed down it's just auuuggghh, and Yu-Gi-Oh, trying to find a German dub stream is fucking impossible. Regardless, the jokes are so stupid and the card games just downright (I don't even know)
YGO is so lame, it's beautiful.
To be honest I barely watch any TV because I just don't see why. We don't have Cartoon Network of any of that stuff, so the 'classic' stuff never got over here, but some classic anime still grew on me when I actually watched it.
But imagine, you have something with Angels? Fuck it, going straight into Kid Icarus.
You have something with Monsters of any sorts? Fuck it, going straight into Yu-Gi-Oh.
Brawl is a pretty neat example for this. Nintendo? INTO SMASH BROS YOU GO! And I fucking loove iiit.
We should probably Brawl sometime. Maybe. If my disc stops being broken.

Yeah, I don't watch the new Pokemon either, still a whore for the games though.
And Yu-Gi-OH is SO confusing...I never understood the game, how it worked, how ANYONE could get HURT from it, or how it controlled the WORLD. Yet we all just rolled with it didn't we?

I would LOVE to Brawl with you, as soon as I figure out the Internet thing, I did it once, but then I couldn't, makes me mad.

I actually tried to melt my brain by watching ALL OF THE YU-GI-OH, which I actually then did.
In GX there was that weird black haired rich boy with the Ojama cards, and he had two brothers. And the family's company's plan was pretty much to take over the world.
One taking over politics, the other over the financial worlds and well... The youngest was supposed to take over the Card Game world.
So obviously Card Games are at least as important as politics and finances!!
We don't have Toonami, Adult Swim OR Cartoon Network. Only RTL (II), Super RTL and Nickelodeon, actually. It's kinda stupid, but I have already accepted my fate
My Wii is being angry at my SSBB because my SSBB isn't real, so it recently started being all "nope" whenever I want to play.
Except when it isn't.
Which is barely ever.

Baah I love this character and everything and her universe and HNG <3 She is one of those characters that is just perfect in every way.
And to top it off, it's tied in with Norse mythology? God damn, too much awesome in one concept. :'D
