As if working on Storm for CBR's X-Jam to avoid productivity wasn't enough, I took on Colossus as well. Hey, I needed the practice 'cause I don't draw guys much... That's my justification and I'm sticking with it!For the record, I hadn't initially set out to make his redesign so sexy-like. It just turned out that way.
... Ahh who am I kidding? He's lucky he's even dressed!

Okay, it's official. I want you to now work for Marvel and design all their X-Men outfits.
I love this look because it is actually quite sexy but it still stays very much in-line with Colossus as a character. The longer hair is really cute and quite stylish. The gloves and accessories on his non-armored hand are so awesome. The costume itself I especially love because it features a giant 'X' incorporated into the design. It's something I always like seeing in an X-Men costume. I think you did a beyond amazing job on incorporating it here. And those boots freakin' ROCK!! There honestly isn't one part of this look that I don't love. All his colours are there, the look is modern and stylish. And he's cute!!
I don't know why you don't draw guys more often.

I appreciate all feedback but doubly so from those who take the time to critique every element. For many of us that doodle, specific things like boots or hair style or stance, etc., stick out for us as something we're particularly proud of in addition to the entire piece so when others take notice it gives us an extra little bit of happy. So thank you two times!

You're telling me!! The ratio of men to women is rather laughable. So I can definitely understand how women can be more fun to draw. More hairstyles, cuter poses, better shoes..... and overall more intriguing characters. But I've been forcing myself to draw more men. That's mostly because I need the practice... you clearly don't need any. I mean look at Colossus (and that Northstar) *fans self*
