Description
This chapter will mostly be about Tabitha, and contain action- leading into the next chapter. But there will be bits about Annie intermingled.I thought I needed to clear the air about Annie's physique in a few areas first. One was I thought I needed to bring up the idea or worry that there might be other changes.
In six pages, this will be longer than PeEVEed, making it my third longest comic.

You need to work on drawing girls bottoms a bit. I really love how your style has progressed and evolved, but this page just makes me notice how much Annie's physical changes below her waist go mostly unnoticeable unless pointed out in the comic. Panel 3 she appears to have a rather impressive lower half just off panel, but then is looking rather 2 dimensional, [flat,] in panel 4.

That's probably true. I'm probably accidentally drawing her sometimes more like she was in the original Pulse (with a more modest bottom), and also sometimes trying to prevent her from seeming more buttluptuous than some of the other women who probably should have wider hips and bigger butts just considering they are a lot larger than her overall.

The world needs more cute 'buttluptuous' little Asian women, even if only in the pages of a online comic book. Though typically even wider hipped Asian women never have the round Black/Latin girl bottoms. Though Annie got her bust thanks to the power of science, so why not her bottom as well.

She's probably annoyed that she can't do it herself anymore, and avoid comments.

hmm that's true, I have also noticed that she has gained a more hourglass figure rather than top heavy (Just noticing when you put these side by side ones out)

It's been pointed out before in the story, but it's been rather subtle, and gets overshadowed by her bust line. I'm still unsure if the growth is supposed to have only been subtle or not. In panel 3 and other past profile shots of Annie, her posterior looks positively ghetto, while in other angles it still looks rather small outside of maybe a few extra pounds on the hips and thighs.

Well still I think it looks good, it would probably look a bit strange if she had that bust and the narrow hips still it would be a bit of the grapes on a toothpick look.

It's not uncommon. I saw a young woman literally just today with a bust 3/4 the size of her head, yet no hips or butt to speak of. More often then not it happens the other way around, large butt, small breasts. I've just seen some inconsistency with Annie, and I'm some what unsure how Buttluptuous, as LF put it, she is supposed to be. Personally I'm all for LF 'Charging' up her posterior a bit more, but that is just my preference.

mmm well yes I have seen it but I guess from a purely artistic standpoint it would be a bit harder to get it all at that size and looking good on a cartoon character you know?

Well, to be honest, I can't say there won't ever be more growth. I mean I might accidentally draw her larger and then have to make it official in the story, or even that I'll decide to make her a little larger for some reason in the story. It's just that I don't want anyone to expect more growth.

I remember how in the original she was constantly growing. I don't mind if she stays the same size now I guess, but I did like the BE from then.
Couldn't do something like "as her charge builds her boobs grow till she expells some energy" or something like that? It would allow her to maintain a certain size most of the time but with a little growth and shrinkage every once in a while.
Whatever though, it's your story, I'll read either way. X3

I thought that variable sizes would be a complication. The comic already shows her with two different physiques (due to flashbacks). It would also allow her to just reduce her charge down to prevent having to come to terms with her new body.
In the original, despite the story, visually she really grew in a couple of stages. A problem with that was where and when to stop. Having her grow slowly just created fights and made the whole thing more complicated. It's hard to do properly unless you want things to get up crazy.

I've been meaning to draw her, and actually will for the Halloween picture (her and Annie). It's the 10th anniversary of PeEVEed this year.
It's seems like it's easily the most popular comic based on the poll. If doing a comic about those characters, I'd almost want to restart the comic. I have ideas that I think would improve the story (like with Pulse v2), although like Pulse, it wouldn't be massively different. More like rewritten.
I'm not sure about the obvious questions that would bring up. I don't know if it would be PG-13 or R (the big difference being topless women), I don't know if some of the characters would have moderated figures (they were almost all extremely busty. Although I doubt Eve or Juno would be affected), or if the transformation aspects (like BE) would be featured as much. It wouldn't be a question of one way is right or better than another, more how much or little variety should there be.
Although I can't answer those questions (especially considering I wouldn't do it without Wolf). When you open up something old for change, you never know what you'll end up doing.

It was my favorite of all your work. It'll be a treat to see her in a month and a half!
You could potentially retcon a lot of it with the Genie. Maybe just a big illusion to show Eve that she was the real deal. I sort of wanted to know if she even had a name!
Are you still in contact with him? I'd kill for more PeEVEed, I was so upset I barely got to color any of it.

She'll be seen before that. I have to draw a Pulse-like version (in terms of style) of her first (like the redesign portraits for Pulse). In the halloween picture, it'll be Pulse-like Eve and Annie.
If she had a name? The genie was named "Sena".
Wolf usually comments whenever PeEVEed is brought up. He comments on my stuff here about once every six months or so, and we talked about how he had forgotten Eve and Pulse appearing in Chi-Chi Chan in 2004 a few months ago. I must have missed where she was named in the comic, haven't read it in a little while.
Ah, I didn't know that was him, I'll have to revisit old posts, haha.
It's a cool though to revisit it though, I can only hope.
