I have a question since I'm a newb... how do you tag someone in uploaded art?

You write it out like that -> ":icon lightning--flash:" (without the space, it should show the icon: ) You have to have colons on both ends and have the word "icon" in the beginning, and then you just write the username of the person, like I did above. Oh, and also, the ":icon:" thing works with other things as well. Like~
Another thing, when you tag them on here, they don't get notified, so you'd have to tell them that you tagged them in that artwork, or whatever you decide to tag them.
