Wow at his nose. it's beautiful. and the skin color choices are nice. his lips though... i don't know. they seem wierd. mabye use a reference just for them. they are aweird shape plus they don't really blend inot the face. but overall it's nice and I like it.

I only just now found this picture, but it's very well done and I'm really fond of Rughadjeen, to the extent of following him around during Besieged to cure him (even if LS-mates are dying nearby).
Either way, excellent work! I'll be adding this to my favorites.

The Generals and their stories are some of the best bits of ToAU and that's a really great painting of Rughadjeen.

There's a series of quests in Whitegate that reveal their backgrounds and how they became generals. Mostly just really nicely done cutscenes and no fighting involved (unless you want to farm your own items but you can buy from AH too).
Saga of the Skyserpent [link] is the first of them.
Then follow-ups deal with Najelith, Zazarg and Mihli. Only Galadar hasn't had his story told yet, maybe in the next update. They're adding them in slowly, Mihli's story was only included in the August update couple of weeks ago.
