My heart goes out to this client and for the loss in his family. Knowing what that's like, I can respect this request. All our loved ones who pass on are never really gone, but are always remembered through the stories we tell of them, the memories we have, and the love we still have for them. My condolences to you and to your grandfather, may he rest in peace.
