So me add my Video production class were talking about Star Wars, and how the english language in the movies is actually in-universe called Basic and none of the characters actually speak english and that the movie basically translate the dialog into english.Notable pieces of the conversation:
-"Imagine if they gave us the movie without translations and it's just subtitles. We'd be watching moon speak"
-"Why is there not english? Is there not a planet called England?"
-"DUDE imagine if they put that in Google Translator?"
-"Luke, a father is me"
-*incoherent laughter*
-"It finished, Anakin. The ground is high in me!*
