Amy Rose, a pink hedgehog with jade eyes and pink quills that just reached her shoulder, sat in her apartment watching the news.

'Make sure to stay inside, it is going to be a dark and stormy night!'

Amy sighed. The weather had been dark and stormy for a week now and Amy hasn't heard from any of here friends. Sure, she had seen Sonic in the new's for saving the day but Eggman hasn't been seen for about 3 months.

Amy shrugged it off and walked into her kitchen. She put the kettle on and grabbed the ingredients she needed to make a Hot Chocolate. Just as the kettle finished boiling Amy heard a crash outside.

"What was that?" She spoke aloud. She walked to the front window and pushed the curtains open slightly. She looked around and didn't see anything outside. She gulped and continued making the beverage.

Amy finished making the drink and grabbed her cell. Se flipped it open and gasped.
"5 missed calls!" Amy yelled. She didn't even hear her phone go off. She checked through the calls. 3 were from Cream and the other two were from Rouge and Sonic.

'Hey Amy, have you heard from Miss Vinilla? Cream has been calling me saying that her mother hasn't come back since she went shopping 3 hours ago. If you have, please call me or Cream, I'm with Cream right now. Stay safe Hon, Rouge.'

"Oh My Gosh!" Amy screamed. She quickly dialed Cream's number, her fingers shaking with fear.

"Hello?" A voice sniffled into the phone.
"Cream, it's me Amy, are you OK?" Amy spoke into the phone, trying not to sound worry.
"Y-Yes Amy, Miss Rouge is here with m-me..." Cream's timid voice spoke.
"Ok, tell Rouge I will be right ove-"
"No, Miss Amy! You can't leave the house!" Cream cut off Amy.
"Why Cream?"
"The new's people say it is not safe and that everyone should lock ther doors and windows!" Cream voice squeeked.
"Shhh, Cream calm down! I will stay home OK?" Amy reasurred her rabbit friend.
"Ok, Miss Amy, have you heard from my mother?" Amy was silent. She didn't want to tell her that possibly no one has heard from her mother.
"Miss Amy?" Cream voice chirped.
"N-no Cream I haven't but don't worry, Sonic will find her!"
"Ok, Bye Miss Amy!" Cream's voice sniffled.
"Bye Cream...."

Amy shut the phone and chucked it onto the couch. She flicked on the new's channel one more time. The new's was pretty regular until something flashed upon to the screen.

'This is not a drill! Everyone stay inside and lock the doors! Repeat stay inside and lock the doors! Do not go outside! We will give more information once we find out more!'

Amy shook in fear. "I need to call Sonic!"
