Hey guys! I’m attempting to keep in touch here, it’s sorta working. Lately I’ve been super into calligraphy, but for a break I sketched up a less known character of mine named Kyla. I even colored her!!Some critique would be really appreciated, I’m struggling with colored pencils 😰

So a color pencil tip from someone who doesn't use them a lot - Layering is your friend. Don't push hard to get the result you want, go over the area a few times and build the color that way.
Also, if you get a chance to watch anything on youtube, that's a great way to learn tips and trick too!

I'll have to remember that tip! I do mostly shading with graphite pencils so I don't know why it never registered the same technique may contribute to colored pencils lol
