"Kid"? I'm 21. And you're talking about romance with an 8 year old with a 15 year old. Sonic isn't Tails gay lover, he's his big brother, a stand-in for the lack of family. That's been an element of Tails' character since his conception.
And "Sontails moments" do not exist, SEGA wouldn't endorce pedophilia. Tails is a child, he is written as a child, and to construe it any other way is fantasy and disturbed fantasy at that.
And what is so "disgusting" about these two being in a platonic relationship? I think that's beautiful, two children looking out for each other in the face of adversity. That kind of love is special.

Actually, according to both the Sonic Heroes manual, and the one for Sonic Jam, both Classic and Modern Tails are 8, and Modern Sonic is 15, while Classic is 16. Tails was 11 in the SatAM/Archie continuity before the recent reboot when they made him 8 to coincide with the games. While they did portray the Classic characters as being younger in Generations, they didn't give the Classics new ages, thus creating even MORE confusion in the Sonic canon.

Screwattack fucked up their research, and based their material off the comics. I don't take their stuff seriously. What I know pertaining to the games cannon comes from the manuals, and their profiles on SEGA of Japan's Sonic Channel. Both of those state that Sonic is 15, and Tails is 8.

What the hell are you talking about? Tails' story arc in SA1 is about self empowerment, it was about stepping up and making yourself stronger to take on adverse challenges. Hell, that's what his theme song "Believe in Myself" is all about, him finding that inner courage.
This works because children want to feel POWERFUL. They want to be strong so they can take on bad guys and save the day to be heroes. That's where his idolization of Sonic comes into play. He wants to BE like Sonic, not to be his lover. You're confusing Tails with Amy Rose.
This isn't about sexual kinks to fulfill your pedophilic fantasy, this is about being a child who wants to grow up strong.

I'm not a Silvaze fan. I don't support any shippings. Especially not in the Sonic universe which is based around strong, platonic relationships as opposed to romance. SEGA may ship tease here and there with Sonamy, Sonblaze, and Knuxouge, but I don't take any of those seriously. first of all, they are both children so its completely legal! and Sonic would never "exploit" Tails! They love eachother mutually! And its not just Sonic colors either. Sonic Lost world, sonic 4 epsiode 2, sonic advance 3 , sonic 06, sonic adventure, and much more, ALL of them have at least 1 adorable Sontails moment! Plus Sonic is implied to be gay and Tails is clearly shown to be bi in the games, so with how much time they spend with eachothet, I fail to see how it COULDN'T be Sontails. Sonic Lost World - Horribly written mess, fail to see any romantic implications
Sonic 4 Episode 2 and Sonic Advance 3- Next to no actual interaction beyond tag actions, typical "hero and sidekick" gimmicks. I fail to see any romantic implications.
Sonic Adventure - The most we see them interact. I see nothing here except typical behavior for a child his age: admiration and idolization, desire to be self-empowered, and gratitude typical for someone who has their life turned around by an act of compassion. I fail to see any romantic implications.
By the way, it's called "exploitation" for a reason. Little kids, like Tails, are not mentally mature enough to attach to someone romantically. They're definitely not sexually mature enough. This has been proven by psychologists around the world. Attempting to do so can cause some severe developmental and emotional trauma that lasts a lifetime. Sonic being underaged doesn't change this, especially since he IS sexually mature. This behavior IS considered paedophelia and exploitation by the medical world.

Totally saw the homophobe comment coming. There is no proof that Tails is bi, and he's 8 years old FFS. He's not sexually mature enough to express those kind of desires. And there's no proof that Sonic is gay either, especially when he's constantly ship teased with Blaze and Amy. Hell, you can add Elise and Shaars to that mix too.
You know, I could easily say that you're a heterophobe with how you violently reject the notion that Sonic and Tails are in a platonic relationship. There's nothing wrong with the two being in a deep friendship. I like the idea that Sonic is a stand-in for the lack of family that Tails has. Sonic 06 and Seceret Rings were erased from history, so Sonic is only proven to be straight in an alternate timeline. And Sonamy is completely one sided as we all know. just beacause Amy likes guys doesn't mean Sonic likes gals. in fact, the "teased shippings" of Sonamy and Sonblaz are two of the supporting factors that prove Sonic is gay. Experienced analysts have looked at interactions between Sonic and Amy and Sonic and Blaxe and Sonic shows signs identical to those shown by gay men who are in the closet.
And also, there is a very strong basis for Sontails, YOU just cant see it. and to top it all offf, I personally know Yuji Naka and when I asked his if Sonic and Tails LIKE liked eachother, he dodged the question as if trying to avoid giving spoilers.

Any case, romance is not the next "stage". You obviously have not had very many friends if you feel that is the case. Sonic and Tails never expressed those emotions, and through multiple canons Sonic and Tails have expressed a sibling like bond. It's clearly something SEGA supports.
In addition, just because Sonic doesn't reciprocate those feelings towards Blaze and Amy does not mean that those feelings are not there. And it certainly does not imply that Sonic is gay. Erased from the timeline or not, Sonic still expressed those feelings to Elise or Shaara. Those events may have never technically happened, but they have technically did. By the way, Secret Rings was never erased, Sonic directly references it in Generations.
And your behavior implies phobic and fanatical tendencies. The fact that you're disgusted at the notion that Sonic and Tails are in a platonic relationship, and fanatically assert with no evidence that they're romantically involved implies this.
