Losing is eternal damnation and public humiliation. I wouldn’t be surprised that even YOU would fear me after all I’ve done. I’m just crazy to you. I’m always too fucking much.”

It wouldn’t be long before Eshki’s condition worsens to the point where her hallucinations take “physical” form again. This was due to the amount of emotional stress after the awareness of losing multiple Splatfests and constantly feeling like she does nothing good for her team because she often loses. Despite being told how much her father loved her growing up, the way things are now for Eshki are constantly at lows that she isn’t able to keep track of how much medication she was supposed to take daily, and drinks and smokes more often just to cope and hurt herself at the same time for failing. As someone who is the daughter of skilled parents, she starts to believe that her parents are ashamed of her deep down.

Based on the scene in Avatar: The Last Airbender where Azula encounters a hallucination of her mother.
