On the Edge of Space you will find Elektro Racing th X-15 Rocket jet.

Upon giving the pilot a 10 minute headstart throughout the race, Elektro caught up to him in three seconds.

Elektro was able to outmatch the X-15's Top Speed of 7,274 Km/Hour (4,520 Miles/Hour) and Even pull ahead by an extra 8km.

In the end Elektro won and proved that it was him who was faster than a machine.
