You should practice on your anatomy to take your art up a notch! I know you said it's from 2016 but still. Things to think of while posing your characters to make it flow more naturally: Bodies are just a bunch of shapes. For example, on a female the shoulders and hips could be ovals, arms could be rectangles, etc. I use that and its the best way to sketch for bodies in my opinion. Remember to think of whether or not the pose looks comfortable to stand around in, if not then try posing it differently. I'm trying not to make this really long so the last thing I'll say is tone down the shading, it doesn't have to be on every line in your drawing.
