I took a D&D character test to find out what I would be and I got Bard... I have no musical talent whatsoever so i just said fuck it and made myself a clown/jester.

Personality:

Bo the fool, or Bo for short has an optimistic, sarcastic and joking demeanor for most of the time. She can, though, easily turn to jokingly complaining and whining if not happy with her current situation. Due to this she can sometimes seem a little hot and cold mood wise, but this is all usually in a joking demeanor. Being annoying is also one of her favorite activities after entertaining everyone around her and making them laugh.

Bo is also quite passive aggressive and does not like to call out others on their wrongdoings, often preferring to stay silent. This derives from being quite empathic and absolutely hating it when others get hurt, especially those she cares about.

Bo can easily adapt her demeanor and behavior depending on what role she needs to fill in social/friend groups or with different personalities. This usually derives from a will to help, to be able to support and be there for the ones she cares about. Bo’s caring nature causes her to stay silent with her innermost thoughts and emotions which she keeps close to her chest, in fear of putting too much on others.

She also tends to be quite gullible due to her belief that no one is truly evil and that everyone deserves love! Which is why she always tries to convince the monsters she meets to turn “good”. (She also has a major monster kink and it is not unusual for her to flirt with the monsters too).

Backstory:

Julie was born in a big farming village on the outside of Valley city. There she lived with her family and 2 horses in a modest farm. She was used to a simple existence, and was content. Even so, she was lonely and didn’t feel like she was liked nor needed. She was not really needed at the farm, and she had no considerable talents. Her experiences with friends had ended in her getting used or abandoned, making her fear for it to happen again.

One day when a band of entertainers came traveling through the town, there a mysterious jester caught her eye. He made a huge impression on the young girl with his silly tricks that amused the crowds. Not only could he be so likable, but he could also stay behind his nicely constructed façade.

She wished to be like him, wishing she could pique the peoples interest in the same way! To draw the crowds, whilst still staying safe behind a façade! So, she confronted him. Begging him to take her with them and teach her their ways. After ages of persistent begging she eventually managed to convince him that she would be useful. Julie happily ran home and tearfully said goodbye to her shocked family, packed her things and left with the jester.

Every year in the middle of summer they would travel through her hometown again, letting Julie reunite with her family before leaving again. She was happy, learning how to become the perfect jester. It was tiresome work, but eventually she got her own costume and jester name, Bo the fool. Since that day, she has always used that name with strangers and friends alike- Not wishing to become too venerable, using the name as a cheery mask.
