Team 9 playing World of Warcraft. Cirno's quote is based on the player character Leeroy Jenkins (Who was playing in a 40 man group though). "Team 9" is mainly a group of Cirno and some random Level 1 or 2 bosses, but these five are most common used.

And for people who want to know who is which class (don't bother reading if you are experienced with WoW):
Wriggle - Rogue (Damage Dealer with good stealth abilities)
Rumia - Mage (Does high damage to many enemies at once)
Mystia - Hunter (Uses ranged weapons and pets to fight)
Daiyousei - Priest (good healing powers)
Cirno - Paladin (protects the group)
