Well, not exactly. You have to draw out each frame, and then save it as a PSD (Photoshop file) and turn it into a GIF with another program. (I use photoshop Elements, because it came with my tablet.) If you save each frame as an individual picture, you could probably animate it online. (Send me a note if you want, like, Full instructions.)
