Candace and Stacy have been hit by Doofenshmirtz's Swap-inator, which swaps the personality of the target with the being in its closest proximity. After the swap, Stacy, with Candace's personality, decided the two should switch outfits and hairstyles. Jenny didn't witness this, as she was getting sodas for herself and her friends and is flabbergasted by her discovery of Candace and Stacy's abrupt role reversal.
