Sylvia Polarman: Polarman's younger daughter and Charlotte's best friend.
Meg Polarman: Sylvia's older sister whom Polarman sent to an orphanage after she stood up to him and he tricked Sylvia into thinking that Meg was dead. At the end she reunites with Sylvia.
Susan: Meg and Sylvia's mother and Polarman's abused ex-wife. She reunites with Sylvia at the end.
