umm sure 1 is that after the ceremony of the alpha Aron did something that make Ein want to have revenge 2 Ein try to make Aph his girlfriend and Aph said that she still have feelings for Aron and 3 Aph see the roses that Aron left for her and Ein see that he has a rival

All are very possible and could be true but remember he mentioned blaze as well I'm really curious as to what actually happendx3

that's right Blaze say that he will keep an eye on her for him i forgot, so maybe Blaze did something or say something to Aph or to Ein, and Ein mention Blaze, OMG the possibilities
