Sooooooooooooooooo, I actually planned to do something like this after chapter 10 of the comic- and I feel really weird doing this now since we're only on chapter 8 and I skipped over chapter 7 so really there's only been 6 and 3/4ths chapters of the comic so far... So... I really doubt anyone's got any questions for anyone since... We're still just meeting the characters... and the story hasn't really gone anywhere yet... But whatever. I'm known for doing stupid things at stupid times. It's kind of my thing.

I'm no longer sick and I wanna draw, but I don't have a lot of time to draw cuz I'm super busy at the moment... So... I've been starting to work on finishing up chapter 8 but at a snail's pace because... I just don't feel like it, lol.

BUT I do wanna draw (...occasionally...)- and I'd like to draw my characters, but I just... I have no time for ideas, so I wanna steal your ideas- I MEAN I thought I'd be "super generous" and let you guys ask my comic characters questions or whatever- and I could draw their responses to your questions because uh... Fun? Yeah, it'll be fun, for all parties. I think. idk. And its low-quality work because I don't have to shade/highlight or do backgrounds, which means I can do these things a lot faster than the comic pages.

I've seen people do this kind of thing before. I have no idea how it works because I don't really get into these "community things"... because... I be shy n' stuff.

In fact, I feel kinda awkward even doing this. But what is life without a little bit of awkwardness?

Anyway, I bet only 2% of you actually read all of that junk.

Here's the actually important stuff:

THE RULES:

- Don't ask Coffie/Berry/Cappu questions. Why? They aren't my characters (they are my buddy's characters: ) so I can't really make responses for them as I don't really know them well enough myself, lol. HOWEVER! You can ask MY characters about Coffie/Berry/Cappu.
Example:
Your comment: Lightning, what is Coffie's favorite color?
And in this case, Lightning will respond to that question to the best of his ability. He may give the wrong answer, but oh well.

- Ask as many questions as you want. The sky is the limit. I doubt more than like 2 people will actually have any questions (heck if 1 person has 1 question, I will be shocked), but even so, I don't care about setting a limit. Ask a billion questions if you want, I don't care.

- Ask as many characters questions as you want. Wanna ask every single character a question? Go ahead. Wanna ask every single character a billion questions? Go ahead. I don't care.

- Keep in mind that I will respond to these questions whenever I feel like it. So, if I feel like never answering them, then they will simply never be answered. Feel free to complain as I will happily ignore all complaints and laugh at you behind your back as you scream into the void. (but honestly you're all cool people so I doubt we got any Karens in here)

-You can ask ANY character (aside from my buddy's characters as mentioned earlier) a question. This means, side characters (like Miska, or Scarfire's siblings, or that random cat who keeps showing up every couple of chapters, or even Mr. Griffin), villains (Pretzel God/Devil, Boulder, fricken Alan, idc), or anyone else (Sylvia, Jack Retriever, Roger, uhh Mayor Steel) a question. As long as we have SEEN them in the comic- even if it was only in a flashback or during some kind of exposition- they are fair game to be asked a question- even if they're dead. If the character doesn't have a name or if you don't know their name, plz just describe them and provide a page/chapter number that they were in, so I know who the heck you're talking about.

- When you ask a question, make sure to place the character's name somewhere in the question so I know who you're asking the question to.
Ex 1: Lightning, do you like chocolate?
Ex 2: For Lightning: Do you like chocolate?
Ex 3: Hey Lightning, do you like chocolate?
Ex 4: (Lightning) Do you like chocolate?

- You can ask ME (the author/writer/artist) a question related to the comic, if you want to. I will draw myself as a stick figure. If you want to ask me a question, plz don't call me "Lightning" because that is too confusing. Call me one of these names: "LightningtheWolf9" (entire name), "the artist", "the writer", "the author", "YOU" (all caps plz), "Big L", or "the human".

- You can ask multiple characters the same question at the same time, and they will answer at the same time (AKA together).
Ex: Scar and Moon, what's your favorite food?
If you want to ask characters the same question but have them answer SEPARATELY, just ask two different questions:
Ex:
Scar, what's your favorite food?
Moon, what's your favorite food?

Keep in mind that depending on who a character is with, they may answer the question differently than if they were alone, or with someone else.

- Characters will respond to your question "in character". Some characters hate questions and will not want to answer you. Sometimes, if you ask a character a difficult question, they also may not want to answer you. If you plan on asking a character a difficult question or asking a grumpier character a question, I suggest distracting them with something...
Ex:
Your question: Lightning, why have you avoided your brother for so long? *this question will not get a good result*
Lightning: I uh... Don't want to talk about that... *bad response*
Better question: Lightning, hey! I got you a chocolate bar! It's riiiight here! You want it? It's YOURS. HERE YOU GO. Now, uh, so, about that brother of yours... Why did you avoid him for so long?
Lightning: OH MY GOSH I LOVE CHOCOLATE WOW THANKS PAL! Brother? Avoid? Sure, I'll answer that blah blah blah blah blah. *better response*

Keep in mind, some characters may not answer your question 100% truthfully no matter how hard you beg/bribe/distract/trick them.

Keep in mind, some characters will be more open to answering your questions if they are with someone they like, and less open to answering your questions if they are with someone they hate.

- What do you mean I'm making this too complicated? I'LL MAKE THINGS AS COMPLICATED AS I WANT.

- Go ahead and ask for spoilery things. I dare you. I DOUBLE-DOG DARE YOu. (This is not a threat.)

-You can ask the doodles questions if you want, though I don't know why you'd want to do that considering they are useless. Just add the word "doodle" before their name.

Keep in mind that the doodles are VERY different characters when compared to the comic versions of themselves. They do not have the same personalities and backstories. So really, they're pretty useless, right? Completely useless.

- If you asked a question, and a character didn't give you an answer you liked (AKA they were dismissive of your question, or it was obvious they didn't answer truthfully) you can try to ask the question again with bribes/begs/tricks/etc. The character may recognize you though, so your chances of getting a better response are lower. (What is this, an RPG?) If the character has bad memory, they are less likely to remember who you are- or if your trick/bribe/whatever is just that good, they may give you a better response. If your profile picture changed, they may also be fooled into thinking you are someone else. Smart characters will not be as easily fooled.

-This will be open forever, so feel free to ask questions here whenever you want. There's no rush. I probably won't draw responses right away (cuz I'm pretty busy rn), so just be patient. It may take days, months, years, or an eternity. Or I may just never answer you. It really just depends on how I feel. I may notify you guys of this artwork in the future after some more chapters pass, to bring attention back to it if enough time passes without any new questions and I want more questions to draw responses to.

- Ask your questions in one comment or several comments, I don't care what you do. Just don't spam the same character the same question over and over or I will fight you.

- HAVE FUN. IF YOU DON'T HAVE FUN, YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.

Ex: We've seen Lightning, Sky, and Scarfire (and others) at different ages- child, teen, and present day. You can ask these instances of characters questions too. Just put the word "kid" or "teen" in front of the character's name:
Kid Lightning: What do you wanna be when you grow up?

If you want to be more specific, you can also just put their age at the front of the character's name:
6-year-old Lightning: What do you wanna be when you grow up?
or
(6) Lightning: What do you wanna be when you grow up?
or
6-Lightning: What do you wanna be when you grow up?

This rule's pretty complex, but I think it'll be super fun to use.
