Description
My friend wanted me to draw a Zangoose so I did. I like it.

Zangoose has always been one of my favorite pokemon but I never really used it in battle much. When I was a kid I didn't really care about type advantages or stats or anything when I caught a pokemon, I only cared about appearance. If a pokemon looked cool or cute or tough, I'd catch it. I didn't catch one of these guys as a kid though since I had Pokemon Sapphire and didn't get pokemon Ruby until I was ten. When I was ten I threw the 'only catch it if it's cute, cool, or tough." Thing out the window and began to only catch pokemon that were strong and evolved multiple times. I basically declared any pokemon that didn't evolve 'weak'. This includes really good pokemon like Absol who I always thought were cool looking (I even had one on my Sapphire team) and always caught multiples of. (Cuz everyone needs ten absols and a box of pichus.) So when I saw Zangoose I thought it was awesome looking but I didn't catch and train it ever because it didn't evolve and so I thought it was weak. Truthfully it isn't one of the strongest pokemon ever but it sure isn't the weakest pokemon ever either. I kinda regret never having one of these guys on my team but oh well.

Random things-
I always name the Zangoose that I catch after Scarfire (A cat character I made up) because of the scar marking across Zangoose's eye. (This results in names like Scar, Scarfire, and Flame.)
The shiny form of this pokemon is amazing for many reasons. (Blue is my favorite color.)

You know what's funny? My friend (Not Thunderbolt.) always thought I had picked Sapphire over Ruby because I liked Kyogre more than Groudon and that I liked water more than fire or something (Even though fire has nothing to do with either game...). Nope. I picked Sapphire because my favorite color is blue. Also Sapphire just sounds cooler than Ruby. (Probably because it sounds like Scarfire. Sapphire. Scarfire. Come on, I created Scarfire when I was five (He was known by a different name back then though.) and so he influenced my decisions on lots of things.)
